This Johnson Evinrude steering arm was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. The paint is scuffed and scratched in some areas, but this is entirely cosmetic. This is considered a 20" shaft. From the base of the steering arm to the top of the shaft, it measures approximately 9-3/4" tall. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard! We are now cleaning our steering arms two different ways. With purchasing this arm, you will receive it exactly as pictured. All the dirt, grime and grease has been removed.
