As seen in the pictures, this does come with the flywheel and the electronic components under the flywheel. We do not have the tool to remove the flywheel, so our loss is your gain. The engine also had good spark with the powerhead was removed. This does not have the carburetors. You will receive this exactly as pictured. Purchase with confidence!
