This Evinrude cowling was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are not any cracks or breaks. Upon inspection, we did notice the decal plate in the front does have a crack and a couple of chips in the plastic, please see pictures. The inner foam does show some signs of wear but will still serve its' purpose. The seal around the edge of the cowling will need to be replaced. It has dry-rotted with age. There are some scuffs and scratches in the hood, but nothing that will affect the performance. This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement! Please note that we have written our inventory number on the cowling for location purposes. This will be removed prior to shipping. Also, please note that we DO NOT accept returns for our hood cowlings. Please verify by pictures AND part number that this is the correct hood for your motor prior to purchasing. |
