This part is in excellent condition.  There are a few scratches from previous use, but nothing that will affect performance. There are a few cut wires, please see pictures. This box does have a trim switch in the handle and  10.5' cables with it. there is a crack in one of the screw holes. It also has the wiring harness and the key.
