This part is clean as a whistle. There's some scratched paint in spots but it has no corrosion, peeling paint, or scale. It shows no signs of ever having been used in saltwater. We've included the hardware that we have, with the exception of the nut for the tilt tube. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
