This swivel and steering bracket assembly was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. It appears that the original color of the bracket was gray and was painted over with black. As you can see in the pictures, the paint is peeled and scratched is some areas, but this is entirely cosmetic. There are no signs of rust on this assembly. This was removed from a motor with manual start, not electric. The brackets move with ease and are not stuck or frozen. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
