NOS Quicksilver Mercury Marine Outboard Cam Follower from Kit 44532A 1

This is an incomplete kit from part number 44532A1.  The kit would have the ball bearings included.  This package had been torn and the ball bearings gone when we received it, so you're looking at the cam follower only, instead of the complete kit.  If this is all you need, we've cut the price to half of a complete kit.
