Mercury Conversion Kit Long Shaft to Short Shaft 2001 2 Stroke

This conversion kit is everything you need to change your long shaft lower unit to a short shaft.  This kit includes the drive shaft, the shfit rod, the water pick-up tube, the drive shaft housing and the inner housing.  As you can see in the pictures, the parts are all in excellent condition; the actual housing and inner housing are also in excellent condition as well.  There may be some faded paint or worn paint in places, other than that, it looks great.
