| Additional Info | This Nissan Tohatsu tiller handle base in good condition. This has been professionally cleaned and inspected. It does have missing paint, but this will not affect performance! The throttle control could use some lube as it is a little harder to turn. This does come with a cover. It meets one male plug and one female plug. None of the wires are cut, burnt, or broken and are all in good condition. The grip is in excellent condition. Please see pictures. This will make a great replacement for your outboard!
