Additional Info This was a really cool idea that we had for a coffee shop that never materialized for various reasons, but someone will know what to do with it.  The trailer was manufactured in Wisconsin.  The roof was improperly sealed and it had a leak.  As a result, we pulled the paneling off of the walls, so it's back to plywood walls.  As we were going to want to upgrade to aluminum or fiberglass sheeting, it didn't matter at the time.  We sealed the roof with roof coat and it didn't leak anymore.  

This trailer does not come with a title so it will be bill of sale only.  You should be able to obtain a title as a new manufacture in your state.   Overall length is 26 1/2 feet (including tongue). The inside measurement is 14' 2" x 8". The tires are have had one trip from Wisconsin to Illinois. There are diamond plate steps for all 4 corners.  In the picture, the doors were off, but we've already put them back on. The windows are roll out windows.  This trailer is wired for electric.  It comes with a trailer breakaway system. There is a hole in the floor what will need to be fixed.
