This propeller is brand new and includes the hub for Mercury & Mariner 9.9-25 HP engines, as listed in the title and below. This propeller is Stainless Steel, in the original box, and is in stock now. Unlike most of our competition, who order after you order, we have this on site and it will ship within 1 business day.
