This propeller does come with a 15 spline hub, all of the splines are in good condition. This is a right handed propeller. There is some dings in the blades, but nothing that can't be grinded and made perfect. This will make a great replacement! Purcahse with confidence! There is no way to tell if a propeller is spun until it is installed. If there is a mechanical issue with the propeller, we will virtually accept the return. Please note that we do not accept returns any other reason. Also, we have written our inventory number on the propeller for location purposes and this will have been removed prior to shipping. |
