 This Mercury transom bracket set was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are not any cracks or breaks. It appears as if someone had attempted to paint the set blue. The paint is peeling and scuffed in some areas, but this is entirely cosmetic. The thumb screws and spacers and are included with the set and they move freely. They are not frozen or locked up. This will make a great replacement set for your outboard!
