This hood is in overall good condition. We have taken the time to professionally clean and inspect this hood. Upon inspection, we did notice that there are some scratches and scuffs, but this will not affect the overall performance. The foam is in good condition. This will need a new lower seal. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard! Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
