This Mercury swivel bracket assembly was removed from a freshwater engine and is in great condition. As seen in the pictures, this does come with the steering arm. This item is fully functional and moves back and forth with ease. This was removed from a longshaft electric motor, non-power trim style. The paint is in good condition with only minimal scuffs and scratches. This is entirely cosmetic and will not affect anything. There are not any signs of corrosion or rust and this will make a great replacement part for your outboard! Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
