OEM Mercury idle speed control module removed from a freshwater Mercury outboard.
This electronic module stabilizes engine idle speed by adjusting ignition timing at low RPM to help maintain smooth idle operation.
Removed from a freshwater engine.

• Three wires coming off of the stabilizer — 1 black, 1 red with white tracer, 1 white with black tracer
• No cut, burnt, or damaged wires
• No cracks or breaks in the plastic housing
• Epoxy is in good condition
