• This gear set was removed from a freshwater engine.
• It has been professionally cleaned and inspected.
• The forward gear has 23 teeth.
• The reverse gear has 23 teeth.
• The pinion gear has 14 teeth.
• All of the plates are in excellent condition. 
• This shows very minimal signs of wear.
•  You will receive everything that is in the first picture.
• This set will make a great replacement for your lower unit. 
  
  

Please note that we do use a spray wax corrosion inhibitor to prevent the gears from rusting. When wax is used as an inhibitor, this can sometimes harden and make the bearing impossible to use. If you get a gear set and the bearing is locked, this can be heated to make the bearings spin freely again.
