All propellers start by being professionally cleaned and stripped of paint, if necessary. We do this so we can reveal any pitting, welding, or damage to the splines and blades. Propellers will come with hubs, unless otherwise stated. We have carefully inspected the rubber around the hub for cracks or breaking. As with any used part this item does display the normal, minor signs of previous use, but nothing that will affect the overall performance. Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT sell saltwater corroded parts. Upon inspection of the prop, we did notice that there are 4 vent holes in the inner portion of the prop that have been welded. We are thus selling this for parts or repair and will not accept any returns on this item. Please see pictures. This propeller in particular has 15 splines. The blade edges are rough, but this will not affect performance. Please note that this is the smaller hub propeller that measures approximately 3.75" across where the propeller would slide onto the lower unit. Please see pictures! |
