| Additional Info | The fiberglass is in no way damaged. The foam inside is in fairly good condition, with one piece torn (but not missing, still attached.) This is a previously used hood in good condition. It has some scratches and rub marks in places; but there are no cracks or major appearance defects. The decals are in very good condition as well. We are not certain what particular motors this will fit because it came in as a loose part, but we know it is a late 90s model. You can see in the pictures we have measured it and these are the measurements: From bottom of hood to top of hood (front side) it is 23 3/8". Underside width (horizontally): 18 1/2" Underside length (vertically): Just over 30" The front side of the hood has two decals: 200 and Fuel Injection The left side decals: Optimax on red/gray stripe with globe (map) at the beginning of the word Optimax The right side decals: Mercury, Optimax on red/gray stripe with globe (map) end of the word Optimax On the back of the hood there is a small plastic "M" medallion. Please note that we have written our inventory number on the cowling for location purposes. This will be removed prior to shipping. Also, please note that we DO NOT accept returns for our hood cowlings. Please verify by pictures AND part number that this is the correct hood for your motor prior to purchasing. |
