 This Mercury tilt cylinder assembly was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are not any cracks or breaks. As seen in the pictures, the paint is scuffed and scratched in some areas, but this is entirely cosmetic. There are not any cracks or breaks. This does come with the top mounting bolt, but not the bottom. This will come exactly as pictured and will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
