Adaptor plate and reed assembly in good condition.
Upon inspection we did notice that there are some light surface scratches on the adaptor plate.
However, the reeds all lay flat and are in good condition.
As seen in the pictures, the black nipple is broke off.
Please note, the gasket will need to be replaced.
This will make a great replacement part for your outboard.
