There are holes in cultivation plate where a whale tail was attached. There are some scuffs and scratches in the paint. The skeg on this lower unit has been ground down some, but this will not affect the overall performance of this unit. The driveshaft measures 21" long from the top of the water pump to the end of the shaft. There are 11 splines on the driveshaft and 13 splines on the propeller shaft. All in which are in great condition. This does not come with the trim tab. Remember to add oil before use, and purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:
Core must be of rebuildable quality
Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
Warranty begins from date of purchase
Core must be complete and cannot be missing any parts
You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid.
