Condition Used, excellent condition. 
Additional Info This lower unit is in overall excellent conditon. It is a long shaft (20") it measures 21 5/8" from the top of the water pump. The skeg and cavitation plate are in great shape with some minor scratches to the paint here and there.  Spline counts are 14 on the driveshaft and 13 on the prop shaft. 

We pressure tested this unit and it is holding air flawlessly. The impeller and gears have been inspected and are in great condition as well.  The driveshaft splines have a small twist in them (see picture).  Just add oil and this will be ready to hit the water!
