This mount was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are some scratches from previous use, but nothing that will affect the performance of this part. The threads on the bolts are also in good condition and show no signs of damage. The bolts are a little crusty but in good condition.  The rubber shows no signs of cracking.  All in all this item would make a great replacement part for your outboard!
