| Additional Info | All lower units are tested in-house. This unit is also free of water and metal in the case. We perform a pressure-test and we ensure that it is working in forward, reverse, and neutral. Generally speaking, lower units are mechanical, so testing is simple enough. The driveshaft on this unit measures 21". The driveshaft spline count is 14, prop shaft is 13. If you call in your order, we can give you a price and timeframe for a new impeller and we will install a new impeller for you at cost. This is a service to you and we are happy to provide it for no additional labor charge. Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every lower unit requires new oil to be installed upon receipt. We will be happy to provide assistance with this if you have not done it before. |
