It does show some paint scratches and chips and there is a few areas of bumps in the paint, but those are only cosmetic and do not affect the use of this pan. There are no cracks or breaks. The trim has been tested and it is in good working condition. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard. Please note that we will not accept returns for this item if ordered incorrectly or because you changed your mind.
