This propeller is in good condition and will make a great replacement for your outboard. There are 15 splines in the hub of the propeller, none of which are chipped or damaged. As seen in the pictures, there are some dings and dents along the edges of the blades, but that can be expected with a used prop. There are no cracks, breaks, or welds. The hub is in overall good condition and is not cracked or damaged. There are some scratches on the surface of the propeller, but this is entirely cosmetic. Purchase with confidence!
