| Additional Information | This Mercury Optimax cowling was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are some light scuffs and scratches but the fiberglass and plastic are not cracked otherwise. The decals are peeling on both sides and have some damage, see pictures. The foam is in great shape, just has a little oil residue. The hood overall has some sun fading and has lost it's glossy shine. This will make a great replacement for your outboard. Also, we DO NOT accept returns on any of our hood cowlings. Please verify with the pictures AND part number that this is the correct hood for your motor prior to purchasing. |
