This specific lower unit is in good condition. We have professionally inspected this unit to guarantee it to be in good, working condition. The paint does have minor scuffs and scratches, but nothing that will affect the performance. The intake screens are in perfect shape and are not broken or cracked. Please note that this does not come with the propeller hardware or the propeller. Unit shifts and spins smoothly. This unit has been fully resealed pressure checked, and new impeller has been installed. Given our unprecedented 1 year warranty you will never find a better deal on an OEM lower unit.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
