This is the black electric-start top cowl for the Mercury 3-cylinder 75 and 90 HP and the 65 Jet, 1994-1998, part number 822360A14.
This is the early hood with the square oil trap door in the front (oil-injected models). From 1999 Mercury changed to hood 828353T7 with a round oil cap through the top — the two are not interchangeable.
