• From the base of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 26 1/4" long. 
• There are 8 splines on the driveshaft and 15 on the propeller shaft.
• All the splines are in perfect shape and are not damaged in any way. 
• The skeg has a chip missing from the tip.

This lower unit qualifies for a 6 month warranty. This unit is being sold with a 6 month working warranty that covers the gears, bearings, and shafts.  This does NOT cover seals. Fits 25" XL Mercury 2.0, 2.4, and 2.5L V6's from 1976 to present.  This includes carbureted models, EFI, and Optimax models.

We have provided this cross-reference with the resources we have available in regards to fitment. This most likely will not fit every model for the years and horsepowers we have listed.
