This lower unit is in great condition and ready for install. From the base of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 26 1/2" long. There are 8 splines on the driveshaft and 15 on the propeller shaft. All the splines are in perfect shape and are not damaged in any way. Please note that this does not come with the trim tab, propeller, or the propeller hardware. The paint is chipped and scratched, but this is entirely cosmetic. This will come exactly as pictured. Purchase with confidence!

We do not take returns on incorrectly ordered items. If you are unsure whether this is the correct lower unit and correct length driveshaft for your application please contact us and we will be happy to help you buy the correct product. This product is still covered by the mechanical warranty, offered in exchange for your core, that we have stated in the listing.

We have drained the unit of oil and this will need to be added prior to installation.

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

Core must be of rebuildable quality
Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
Warranty begins from date of purchase
Core must be complete and cannot be missing parts

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit 1 year warranty. One copy is for your records and the other copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the warranty will not be valid. You are responsible for returning the paperwork with your core. The warranty ONLY covers the mechanical aspects of the lower unit.

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
