This lower unit is in great condition and ready for install. From the base of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 26 1/2" long. There are 8 splines on the driveshaft and 15 on the propeller shaft. All the splines are in perfect shape and are not damaged in any way.
This lower unit qualifies for a 1 year warranty. The warranty is validated by your core. In order to qualify for this, you must send in that core. Both shafts must spin and it must be complete. We will send a label for you to return your core in our box after receipt of the unit you’ve purchased. If you do not have a spinning core, you may call in after your purchase and buy the 1 year warranty for 10% of the purchase price. | Fits: | This fits XL model 2.0L and some 2.5L Mercury V6's with a 2 to 1 Gear ratio. That was primarily the 135 and 150 HP models. It will replace Carb, EFI, and optimax models after 1976. We have provided this cross-reference with the resources we have available in regards to fitment. This most likely will not fit every model for the years and horsepowers we have listed.
