This lower unit is in great condition and ready for install. From the base of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft, it measures approximately 19" long. There are 9 splines on the driveshaft and 9 on the propeller shaft. All the splines are in great shape and are not damaged in any way. Please note that this does come with the trim tab, propeller or the propeller hardware. The paint is a little banged up, but this is entirely cosmetic. This will come exactly as pictured. Purchase with confidence!
