We have taken the time to professionally inspect this Bravo III upper and lower combo! Upon our inspection, we did notice that this unit was corrored from being used on a work boat, but this was a freshwater work boat. When engaged everything spins smoothly and shifts exactly as it should. This is why we have decided to sell this item, even through it is not cosmetically pretty, it is still a good sound functional unit. Please remember to add oil before use. Purchase with confidence!
