| Additional Info | It is performing smoothly. This unit does works flawlessly. This has been disassembled enough to inspect the gears and they are flawless. When opened, we seen no rust on the inside on this unit. The gears have 17 and 19 teeth, all in which are in great condition. This was was produced in 1984-1990, but should work with any 1.84 to 1 gear ratio Upper drive for Alpha One Gen II. Please note that the bearing race does has some minor markings, but this still rolls smoothly. Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every unit requires new oil to be installed upon receipt. We will be happy to provide assistance with this if you have not done it before. |
