This Mercury swivel assembly was removed from a freshwater engine and is in good condition. There are not any cracks or breaks and the assembly will come just as pictured. There are some cosmetic flaws, such as scratches and chips in the paint, but this will not affect anything. The clamp screws on the transom brackes are in excellent condition and are not frozen or stuck. This will make a great replacement part for your outboard!
