| Additional Info | This is a good used automatic basket blast cabinet. The serial number on the tag on the front of the door reads, 96-08-1358-8. It does come with the basket. The basket has a 14" inside diameter and it's 16" deep (inside measurement). It has an easy to use steel door and the basket can be removed from the machine, as necessary. . The entire unit stands 8 foot high. It has a 2 HP Dayton Industrial Motor. After I got this, I replaced the belt and the bearings on the pulleys. For whatever reason, it still squeaks when it runs but it's not because of the bearings. This utilizes steel shot media. It could also be used with stainless, zinc, or any other heavy media. This is an airless blaster. It runs on 230V wiring, which is easy to install if you don't already have it. The machine collects its own dust with an industrial vacuum in the top and it collects in a tray right above the door for easy removal. This machine runs great. The controls, like every control I ever run into, don't turn on and off so you have to manually turn them. I changed the switches but the new ones didn't work any better so I ignored them and did it by hand after that. It's a very solid machine for rods, small cranks, etc...we just moved on to other methods. THIS ITEM IS FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY! Do not buy this if you are expecting shipping. I may be talked into crating it but it'll cost you. We are set up to load this on a truck or trailer for you. I brought it home on a flat bed truck originally. It only uses about a 30" x 30" x 8' footprint so these types of machines fit well in most any shop and will definitely fit on a standard pickup for you.
