Description & Condition 

This unit has been professionally remanufactured, inspected, and tested to ensure proper function and reliability. 

• 20 Inch Driveshaft , measures 19-1/4" Driveshaft length from the top of the water pump to top of the shaft 

• Pressure checked and resealed 

• New impeller installed 

• Opened and inspected under magnification – All parts are guaranteed to be in good working order 

• Professionally Painted

IMPORTANT: Gear oil is NOT included. Oil must be added prior to use. 

Warranty 

This lower unit includes a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. 

This is a remanufactured unit backed by Southcentral Outboards. If the unit fails during normal use within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced. 

All warranty claims must be handled directly through Southcentral Outboards. 

Fitment 

1978-1991 V4 outboards.  Please note that from 1985-1991, Johnson and Evinrude made 2 different styles of V4.  The 60 degree, or crossflow engine ran through all of these years.  Starting in 1985, they also made a 90 degree Looper engine, which had a bigger gearcase.  The units will interchange, but you'd need a different prop in order to run this on your larger 90 degree engine.  This will, however, be an exact interchange for all of the 1978-1991 60 degree crossflow engines.
