• This Johnson Evinrude timer base is in good used condition.
• There are 4 wires coming off of the timer base; 2 white with black tracers and 2 black with white tracers. All the wires have ring terminals on the end and they are all in good condition with no cuts, burns or breaks.
• Two of them have rubber around the ends that one is missing and the other is damaged - this should not affect performance. 
• There may be some scuffs and scratches here and there, but that can be expected with any used part. 
• Also, please note that this is an original OEM part, not an aftermarket brand.
