• It is in good condition, and does show signs of wear from normal use, the splines are not craked or chipped.
• The spline count on the top of the steering arm is 18.
• The total length of the steering arm is 17".
• The tube itself measures 15-5/8".  
• This will make a great replacement part for your outboard.
