This lower unit spins and shifts smoothly. The driveshaft measures aprox 13 3/4" from the top of the water pump to the top of the driveshaft. The driveshaft has been cut and will need to be replaced. The prop shaft is straight. The paint is a little beat up. A full reseal is recommended due to age. Please add oil before use! Please note that we will not accept returns for this item.
