The driveshaft has 20 splines and measures 23-5/8" from the top of the water pump to the end of the driveshaft. This makes the lower unit an XL. There is some pitting on the inside of the gearcase housing, but this still has a long life ahread of it. The paint is chipped, scuffed, and worn in areas. There are 13 splines on the propeller shaft. This does no come with the trim tab or the anode. Please add oil before use. Purchase with confidence!

To obtain the 1 year warranty, you MUST send in your core lower unit. We will even pay to have your core shipped to us! Below is the criteria required to validate the warranty:

• Core must be of rebuildable quality
• Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
• Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
• Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
• Warranty begins from date of purchase
• Core must be complete and cannot be missing any parts

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. When you receive your purchased lower unit, there will be installation paperwork included in the package. One copy of the paperwork must be signed returned with your core. If it does not, you will be contacted and granted a 30 day warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion.
