Johnson Evinrude 1969-72 20" Electric Shift Lower Unit 85 100 115 + HP FOR PARTS

This Johnson Evinrude lower unit is in good condition and would make a good parts lower unit. We are selling this unit as-is. We have checked the propeller and driveshaft on the unit and both are straight. The splines on both shaft also look to be in excellent condition. We have pressure-checked the unit and it does not appear to hold consistent pressure. This will need to be resealed. The electric shifter has been tested and appears to be bad. The wires have been cut as well.  From the base of the water pump to the top of the shaft, the driveshaft measures approximately 18-5/8" long. There are 4 smaller splines and 4 larger splines on the end of the driveshaft. The propeller shaft has 13 splines. 

Upon inspection, we did note that the skeg has been grinded off on the bottom to make a flat area. The intake screens are cracked in some spots and will need to be replaced. This does not come with the trim tab. The cavitation plate has pre-drilled holes in in for a planing fin. The paint on the lower unit is scuffed and scratched in some areas, but this is entirely cosmetic. There are not any cracks or breaks in the housing. This is a parts/repair unit and comes with the components pictured.
