There are a few paint chips from previous use, but nothing that will affecct the performance of this part. Ther wires on this item show no signs of being cut, burnt or broken. There are no signs of cracks on this assembly. This was weight tested on motor and tested good. All in all this item would make a great replacement part for your outboard! At this time, we are able to bench test this item. We are now offering a 1 year mechanical warranty for this part.
