| Additional Info | This gearcase housing was removed from a freshwater engine. We've cleaned it out, stripped, and primed it. The inside has been glass beaded smooth and is undamaged. There is no damage whatsoever internally. Just a touch of the skeg has been broken off, as pictured. There's a touch of pitting around where the waterpump base sits, which is completely irrelevant. We've primed the outside, as you can see. This is in good condition and ready for use. |
| Fits: | 1980's V6 If I'm not mistaken, this will fit from 1982 through about 2010. The cavitation plates on the later models were wider so I think this one was basically used from 1978-1987. Everything installs from the later models but the style of the housing changed a little bit. |
