ConditionUsed, This unit has been tested and is holding air flawlessly, the solenoid was also tested and is good on it. We drained the oil and their was no water or metal in the oil. This would be a great replacement for you engine.
Additional InfoAll lower units are tested in-house. We perform a pressure-test and we ensure that it is working in forward, reverse, and neutral. Generally speaking, lower units are mechanical, so testing is simple enough.

The only thing that is not checked on lower units is the condition of the impeller. We advise changing impellers anytime you replace a lower unit. If you call in your order, we can give you a price and timeframe for a new impeller and we will install a new impeller for you at cost. This is a service to you and we are happy to provide it for no additional labor charge.

Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every lower unit requires new oil to be installed upon receipt. We will be happy to provide assistance with this if you have not done it before.
Fits:This came off a 1964 90 HP this is the only information we can give because our recources only go back to 1968.
