This listing is for a used Johnson/Evinrude electric shift lower unit. This is for a 3 cylinder 1970-72 60-70 HP engine. I think this will also fit a 1969, but I am not 100% sure. There are some chips in the skeg but other than that this is a great replacement unit. We have drained and pressure tested this unit and there is not any indications of any metal or water in the unit. We have also checked to see if it shifts in and out of gear correctly and it does. This is a great replacement unit and I know that you will be very satisfied with this purchase!
