This powerhead came to us as a loose item which was referenced as a 1993 Evinrude 25 HP. The cylinder head was removed from and we inspected the cylinder walls. The cylinder walls are not scored or show any grooving. This does have standard pistons in it as well. Because this came in loose, we were not able to perform a compression check on the powerhead. This will need a new head & base gasket. There are some scuffs and scratches here and there, but that can be expected with any used part. All the nozzles coming off of the powerhead are not cracked or damaged. This is a short block and only comes with the internal components. This will come exactly as pictured. Purchased with confidence.
