This lower unit is in great condition. We have inspected this unit to guarantee it to be in great, working condition. It has been fully resealed with a new impeller, we found the gears and clutch to be in good condition. The unit shifts and spins smoothly. There is some wear on the drive shaft splines but this is nothing that will affect performance.  The paint is a little chipped which does not affect performance or integrity.  The intake screens are in great shape.  Please see pictures for more exact detail as to what is included in this listing and to insure that you order the correct part.  We always include a 1-year warranty on all of our lower units which allows you to purchase with confidence!!

Please add oil before installation.   

Driveshaft measures - 19-1/2" from top of water pump housing to top of driveshaft.
Driveshaft spline count - 17
Prop shaft spline count - 13

Criteria to validate your 1 year warranty:

  • Core must be of equal or greater value
  • Cannot be locked up - driveshaft must spin
  • Up to 30 days from the date of purchase to send in your core
  • Covers mechanical aspects ONLY
  • Warranty begins from date of purchase

You will receive two copies of the terms and conditions for the lower unit one year warranty. One copy MUST be signed and returned with your core. Without a returned signed copy, the one year warranty will not be valid. 

Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect the unit to determine if it meets the criteria to validate the 1 year warranty. We reserve the right to accept or reject any core at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to help!

Please note that we will not accept returns for this item if it is ordered incorrectly. Please be absolutely sure this is the correct one for your motor prior to purchasing.
